人物經歷
2005年畢業於復旦大學精神病學與精神衛生專業,獲得復旦大學優秀博士畢業生,同年作為人才引進至上海市精神衛生中心工作。2007.10 -2009.12,在美國耶魯大學醫學院精神衛生系做博士後研究。回國後獲2010年上海市浦江人才,2012年入選上海市公共衛生優先學科帶頭人培養計畫。 2018年度上海市“三八”紅旗手。
研究方向
精神疾病發病的分子機制;抗精神病藥物誘導的代謝障礙機制;精神疾病動物模型構建;利用精神疾病樣本庫篩選精神疾病生物標記物;雙相障礙的語音信號;冥想調節機體內環境的腦-體機制。
研究成果
自1999年以來,主要從事精神分裂症和雙相障礙的臨床基礎研究,主要是病因機制及生物標記物研究,在我國最早“套用基因表達譜晶片尋找精神分裂症相關基因”並獲得2004年“烏魯木齊市科技進步一等獎”(排名第一),“2004年度《中華精神科雜誌》優秀論文一等獎”。2005年“上海市高校科技發明創造獎”(排名第一)。之後,先後主持過精神分裂症相關的四個國家自然科學基金面上項目(基金號30670755,81171266,81271481,81671336)多項省部級重點項目,作為項目負責人主持一項科技部重點研發精準醫學項目(2017YFC0909200),作為骨幹參與過兩項科技部重大項目。還主持過兩項雙相障礙相關項目(YG2012ZD04,GWDTR201230)以及在國際上首次發表了AF1q、TXNIP、APC、ASAH1等精神分裂症新易感基因,以及NGFB是雙相障礙與物質依賴共享基因,還發現抗精神病藥物治療精神分裂症發生代謝障礙的風險預警因子及在中樞和外周的作用機制。在JCI、Molecular Psychiatry、Psychoneuroendocrinology等發表論文70餘篇,申請專利4項、編寫專著4部。
